Problem: Luke didn't include all that Jesus did

This is Acts 1:1-2:

In the first book, Theophilus, I wrote about all that Jesus did and taught from the beginning until the day when he was taken up to heaven, after giving instructions through the Holy Spirit to the apostles whom he had chosen. (NRSV)

The "first book" is the Gospel of Luke. Now, obviously Luke didn't write about everything Jesus did. But that's not what he means. When he says that he wrote about "all that Jesus did", he merely means that he gave a broad outline of the life and ministry of Jesus. I think that's clear enough. It would be rather uncharitable to call this a problem.
